She moved to the Coachella Valley in 2024 and has been practicing as a small animal veterinarian in the area since then. Dr. Dixon has a strong interest in soft tissue surgery and regularly volunteers to perform high-volume spay and neuter surgeries for shelter dogs in the Joshua Tree community. She also enjoys small animal medicine and dermatology. She is passionate about animal welfare and the human–animal bond, and values working closely with pet owners to provide informed, compassionate care.
Outside of work, Dr. Dixon enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring hiking trails with her partner.
